1. Order Handling, Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed before 5 PM (Eastern Time) are processed the same business day

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the next business day


2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • After processing, delivery usually takes 6–7 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Total estimated delivery time: 7–9 business days from order placement

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM EST

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Time: 6–7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 7–9 business days


3. Shipping Method & Cost

  • We offer Standard U.S. Shipping

  • Shipping Fee: FREE on all U.S. orders

  • We deliver to all valid U.S. addresses provided during checkout


4. Order Tracking

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships

  • Tracking becomes active within 24–48 hours of dispatch


5. Order Modifications

  • To change size, quantity, or address, contact us ASAP at support@fineryflow.us

  • Modifications are not guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped


6. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it ships

  • To cancel, email support@fineryflow.us with your order number and reason

  • Approved cancellations are refunded based on our Return & Refund Policy

  • Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled, but can be returned after delivery


7. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

  • If your package is delayed or missing, contact us immediately

  • We will investigate and provide a resolution such as reshipment or refund


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Double-check your shipping details at checkout

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Incorrect addresses submitted during checkout

    • Extra fees for reshipping due to address errors

  • If the address is incorrect and the order hasn’t shipped, contact us quickly to fix it (fees may apply)
